Back on my feet
It has been two months again since I ran. The heel spurs were really bad for a while, but then in the strangest ways they would get better, then stop getting better. I wear my Birkenstocks at work, walk to work in my real tennies (instead of my work tennies), stretch a lot, got new overshoes for the fab, etc. So today I finally decided to run again for real. Mornings can still be chilly, so it was about 8° again - like two months ago! Funny, though, because the weather during the day is beautiful. Ran one lap, walking from the rock because I could feel my heel, then getting the mail and coming in with 7 minutes elapsed on the clock. Need to get a second hand so I can tell if I am getting slower, but doesn't really matter as long as I am only running 700 meters, does it?
