Today is a running day

but I have been snacking and so I need to not eat for two hours so that I can run. Stiffness seems to be gone, and my knee feels ok, but the weather is only 1°, which isn't very inviting to me.

did 1 set of 20 situps, and 1 set of two pushups.

Finally got started at 18.00. By the time I got home the temp was 0°, so I ran somewhere in that temp range. Due to that and the dark, I ran the loop between the two bridges. Elapsed time was 12:15 (roughly 80% the time/distance of Friday), and one loop was 5:40. A good distance for sprint training, I think. Too short to be interesting for long runs, though.

Knee hurt when I started, but half a loop in felt good, and felt good for one loop. Dressed the same as Friday plus hat and mittens. Breathing was cold, though - that is why I don't run at this temp! Tried to breathe in my nose and out my mouth, which helped.
