It's official

As if the constant stabbing pain weren't enough to confirm it, I have pictures from an MRI to show that there is a tear in my miniscus. Since the doctor today was the one who takes the pictures and interprets them, it didn't occur to me to ask him questions, even though he offered. I probably should have, and maybe I can go back. The orthopede already said, though, that an operation would most likely be required, and that it would be pretty quick once we decide to do it. I hope that is what he said, at least, because (need I repeat?) constant, stabbing pain. OK, I will think about my questions and ask him. The appointment is Wednesday.
