All right!
So, I was still favoring my right heel spur until today, and after Sunday's run (and near bike crash?) my left quad was painful, and yesterday we went out "for a beer" straight after work, so I didn't run again till today. Which seems to have worked out for me, because I rather effortlessly ran to the two km mark and back. I tried to "sprint" from the bridge to home, but somehow I still ended up with an even split - 7:14 for the first km and 14:28 to home. 26° today, and I am absolutely dripping! Funny, 14:28 elapsed means that the bridge loop is longer than I thought. Last year's times were 7 to the line and 14 home, so I have a little time to make up, but that is ok.
