Working out!
OK, not really. I just did the three-step process of getting onto the floor to do 20 sit-ups. Which went well. Getting back up felt kind of like another whole set. But it needed to be done, after two days on the couch eating food and sleeping. I thought maybe my 20 hours without food would lead to weight loss, but I guess the lack of exercise outweighed that, because according to the scale today I have gained weight. Oh well. Life will be back to normal soon. I don't quite see myself throwing the crutches aside tomorrow and liberating myself, but maybe!
