Starting workouts
OK, so I started to do something to change things up.
Today I did 250m warm up, sprinted 5 x 100m, and did a 250m cool down.
I don't know anything about times, because there is no second hand. I know that I was really tired at the end of each sprint, and really really tired at the end of the five. But other than that it felt good. Took a 20-breath break at the end of each sprint, which was probably a little long, but I needed it. Need to get myself something that shows seconds, but it was a good beginning.
At the pool at 6:05, and relatively empty. Also, there is the 1km walk each way, and I ate next to nothing today, I think. (Well, nothing bad, I hope!)
