Swimming, as usual
Swam yesterday, but didn't write anything down so I don't know what I did. Just a straight kilometer? That might be it, because I knew that I had to get home to go to Andrea's. On the way home, ran 2 100m stretches, maybe.
Today went back to the pool at 10 am. Tried to swim my km faster. Not sprinting, but just consciously faster than the relaxed pace I always end up at if I don't think. My forearms hurt, and I was somehow always too confused to do a flip turn. Also, lost count of laps and didn't look at the clock, so I have no idea if I was faster or slower or what. But it felt like I was working, so I guess I will rank the perceived effort as higher than usual. Form was bad, though. But it gives me something to work on.
