Intervals
Got an invitation to a run today (June 7), and I am not going to do it, I don't think. I printed out the training plan and brought it home, though, and then went swimming using the plan. It said that day one was for intervals, and to run one minute, walk one or two minutes 10 times. So, I sprinted every north-bound length and normal-swam every southbound. I don't think I got my 22 lengths done any faster, but I don't normally do ten sprints in a practice, so it was a good thing.
