Knee hurt from Saturday until today

OK,on Friday I wore my blue heels all day (well, 9 am to 6 pm, that is all day, right?). By the end of the day, my feet hurt (the shoes are getting old, but I only wear them once a year, so I didn't really worry about it).

Anyway, by Saturday morning my knee was stiff feeling, and kind of hurt all day. On Sunday more of the same - no problem with my bike ride, but wasn't happy about walking. Monday morning it still hurt, so I took an ice pack with me to work. Hurt, hurt, hurt. Suddenly, about halfway home, the pain went away. I don't like that, because that sounds to me like one of the symptoms of a torn miniscus, and I don't want that to have happened again! Grr grr grr.

OK, for now I will watch it - perhaps it is just sore.
