2nd post-surgery run
Today was my second post-surgery run. Did two small loops, and they seem to have gone well. Based on the stove clock it took 12-13 minutes door to door. If my speed hasn't changed much, that puts it at around 1.5 to <2 km.
Next time I run I will do the door to the 2 km mark and back. That would in theory be 2 km, but I never felt like that marker was in the right spot ... so the next time after that I will run door to the starting line, making that about 2300 - 2500 meters. Then I can do the full big loop, ~3.3 km. Then I guess run to the 3 km mark and back ... then the underpass last year always seemed to be the 3.5-km mark, so that would be a total 5 km run. Then I can work on speed!
