Quick interval (in the heat!)
Well, it is hot today (30degrees), but I wanted to get outside and do some running, so I just went to the work turnoff, trying to do some speed intervals. Two minute warm-up jog, then alternating 1-min fast run/slow run, and got to work in 7:25 - that is 35 seconds faster! Whoo hoo! Then on the way back it was more of a run (kinda fast) and walk mixture. I was at the one km marker at 14 and home at 15:44, so I actually lost some time on the way home, but still came out ahead.
