Put off running because the temperature forecasts were all so cold. But when I actually got outside it didn't seem that bad ...
With one pair of pants, a shirt, sweatshirt, hat, gloves and scarf I ran to the 4km mark (right in front of the kiosk) and back. Walked about a minute at each km line to catch my breath. Elapsed time c. 42 minutes! 7min/km
