Long run

House to wertwiesen park, across the dam, back down the path to home; 23 minutes. According to google maps 3.2 km, but when you add in the bridge and all the dodging around people, I am sure it was longer. ;)
Kind of made my ovaries hurt, not sure why, but otherwise good. Sunny and 9°, sweatshirt and long pants and scarf. A drink would've been nice ....
