Weekly long run - 6 km
Out three km down the marathon trail and back. Started at 6:06, here are split times:
2 km - 6:19 (13 minutes (either started fast or first marker is slightly under 1 km))
3 km - 6:26 (7 minutes)
4 km - 6:33 (7 minutes)
5 km - 6:40 (7 minutes)
6 km - 6:48 (8 minutes (so much for this one being short! Nah, I walked part because I was getting tired.)
