It got a little colder and so I claimed I wasn't going out, but after watching some tv I pried myself off the couch and did it. Took my iPod and listened to podcasts for the first time; didn't seem to negatively affect my speed. Ran out across the bridge to Böckingen, down the river past the Viehweide and to the bridge over the river, then back until Atmel, where I stopped and walked to the bridge, then ran home.

No split times, but calculates out to 7:30/km.
